We went to the Bolivar peninsula for the weekend,....I needed to feel the sand under my feet and watch the Texas sky,......it always brings me home :nod:

Texas rocks for t-storms. I miss chasing the storms there.:(
I plan on going back next spring and doing some chasing. I've seen the most beautiful skies there, like anvil crawlers, and last time I saw a tornado, lighting and a rainbow(thats always been my dream shot).

This looks great to. I can imagine the storms that come in off the coast there. :D

I thought I recognized that place. I visited Bolivar during winter break, and it's a peaceful place. It's amazing how many shells wash up. It's an interesting mix in this picture, with the telephone lines running across the sunset. They look like they run right into the ocean. It all seems tired, like everything is ready for night to come. Nice picture. :)
