.

I have often been stubborn, squandering opportunities in favour of distractions, not picking up on the clues and warnings life has handed me.

Spiritual and soul growth has often come when I have run out of my own resources and been forced into a corner with a wake-up call from the cosmos.

Often those change points are unwelcome but are curiously answers to my own prayers in disguise.

Each major wind shift has in fact helped adjust my course and my attitude, requiring me to throw some excess cargo overboard.

....life is a classroom,....thru and thru :floating:

.

I want to wish everybody in DA the Best in 2006,.......this is a great place to be
....much appreciation for your support :)

Wow! I like the detail in the water! :)

Mathematics, rightly viewed, possesses not only truth, but supreme beauty – a beauty cold and austere, without appeal to any part of our weaker nature...sublimely pure, and capable of a stern perfection. B. Russell
Very impressive, he looks like an alien standing there.

 wonderful capture Bernie! I love the shapes of the ripples in the ?mud. Looks like water bubbling up to the surface...or is it water? :O
that "path" of reflected light leading up to the figure is perfect

All the best for 2006! (I'm going to try and take a pic for the Doppelganger comp in your style....:faint:)

Beautiful work. It reminds me of the mudflats in Alaska.
