What a delicious feast of texture, it makes my eyes widen that little more and my lashes reach out like hungry hands wanting to hoard and devour the picture whole.
It seems to give the message 'It's not where you've come from nor where you're going but the journey that itself that counts'
I love the ethereal quailty of the backdrop almost like some surreal dream scape representative of the future insofar as to say you can see it's general shape but the details are not yet there so it becomes soft and malleable ready to be moulded and teased by the mind of the present..a whole world just waiting and the faded sun acts as a beacon to guide us.
To my eyes the far right is representative of the past, it's darker and yet detailed like an old friend or a painful secret that we finger only in the dark hoping nobody will see it or feel it or worse..expose it and like the past it threatens to overshadow the future as it creeps towards the explosive contrast and colour of what to me is suggestive of the present, the 'journey' which is the brightest and most detailed and is indeed what stands between our past and the future linking them and separating them at the same time, it takes us towards the malleable tangible froth of beauty and texture and cuts off, blocking the threatening overshadow of the past.
I know I'm waffling and make no sense at all but your imagery is just so powerfully evocative
